Three words that describe my teaching style are passionate, challenging, and rewarding.  My classes will push you outside your comfort zone and you can expect an intense, challenging, and different workout that will make you go above and beyond your limits.  My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY -LOWER BODY FOCUS and my genre of choice is progressive techno/house.

On a personal note, I can’t live without chocolate and my guilty pleasure is anything sweet!  My friends would describe me as energetic, social, and a bit crazy.
