Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be high energy, inclusive, and motivating. My classes are challenging and fun, so you can expect blending movement and music to heighten possibilities. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is HIP HOP/ EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without humor and my guilty pleasure is netflix documentaries. My friends would say I am passionate, thoughtful, driven and a *just a dash* crazy.
