Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, educational, and inspiring. My classes are thoughtful & challenging so you can expect to be challenged and pushed wherever you are in your fitness journey! My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without margaritas and my guilty pleasure is coffee! My friends would say I’m thoughtful, loving and loyal!
