Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, captivating, energetic. My classes are challenging & high energy so you can expect 50 minutes of big beat drops and lots of sweat. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is punk rock princess.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my headphones and my guilty pleasure is my $7 almond milk latte. My friends would say I’m Elle Woods goes to Warped Tour.
