Three words to describe my teaching style would be uplifting, energetic and fun. My classes are inspiring and impactful so you can expect to feel accomplished and empowered Give a sentence of 5-10 words describing what they can expect from your class|*. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is Worldwide and Hip Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Matcha and my guilty pleasure is binge watching shows all night. My friends would say I’m full of light and love.
