Three words to describe my teaching style would be silly, genuine and purposeful. My classes are powerful and accessible so you can expect to work smarter not harder – dropping their egos and discovering what is possible for themselves.  My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Disco EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog and my guilty pleasure is Sex and the City reruns. My friends would say I’m a goofy human with lots of joy to spread!
