Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, wild and fearless. My classes are fierce and fabulous so you can expect to turn up and have a good time while sweating their ass off. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is mainstream.
On a personal note, I can’t live without popcorn and my guilty pleasure is I freakin love Reese’s Cups. My friends would say I’m someone who likes to have a good time with good vibes only!
