Three words to describe my teaching style would be lively, creative and fresh.  My classes are creative and challenging so you can expect a full body burn that is creative, high energy and FUN! My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Contemporary R&B.

On a personal note, I can’t live without aquaphor and my guilty pleasure is Love is Blind.  My friends would say I’m outgoing, silly and full of energy!
