Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, personal, AND incitive. My classes are challenging, and upbeat so you can expect a challenging class that will have you smiling in the moment and sore the next day. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks with a BEAT.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Penny, my guilty pleasure is the Bachelor and Bachelorette, and my friends would say I’m someone with a knack for seeing strength in others.
