In 2012, I made the decision to change my sedentary lifestyle into an active one; this is when my passion for fitness developed. After losing 70 pounds and lifting at the gym regularly, I was inspired to pursue personal training professionally. I love motivating people to hit their goals and I love teaching in the Red Room. Each of my classes is designed to maximize your muscle endurance and increase your caloric expenditure. They are all energetic, motivating, fun, and challenging.

My inspiration comes from people around me who, day in and day out, push their bodies past any limitations.
I have a terrible dessert habit…mostly pies, sometimes ice cream. Mango Sticky Rice. Taro anything.
