Three words to describe my teaching style would be Intentional, fun, and clear. My classes are energetic and fun so you can expect to be challenged, but feel accomplished while accompanied with amazing tunes. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Disco EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without a beach and my guilty pleasure is watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. My friends would say I’m sassy but always there when you need me.
