Get to know me
So you know that kid at school that always forgot their PE kit, had a headache when it was sports day, couldn’t catch a ball and hated anything that involved sweating..that was me! Never did I imagine I would go on to run 53 marathons in 53 days. I found my love for running and fitness at age 18; I started running at 6am in the morning because I was too embarrassed to go to the gym. Lacking fitness and confidence, I knew I needed to make a change. Little did I know I would fall in love with it. I became a personal trainer to help others find their passion for being active. I have been personal training and teaching classes for over 10 years now and I have loved every step of the way.
Four years ago I turned my love for running into a career by taking on numerous running challenges around the world, working with exciting brands and raising money for various charities.
My mum. She taught me to work hard, stay determined and always do what you believe is right.
You'll hear a bit of old school cheese, mixed with some current remixes and generally anything you can have a good dance to.
