Located at 55 Boylston St, our studio offers the perfect fitness getaway for residents of Newton, Brookline, and surrounding areas. Easily accessible from Boston via the Green Line, we provide the signature HIIT workout in a luxury suburban setting. Take advantage of ample shopping plaza parking and refuel with a signature shake at our Fuel Bar.

Go at your pace on top-of-the-line Woodway treadmills with instructors leading you at step. Walk, jog, run, or sprint - the class is yours. If running isn’t for you, opt for a double floor spot. You’ll spend the whole class strength training on the floor.
