Three words to describe my teaching style would be bold, motivational, and STRONG. My classes are explosive and entertaining so you can expect to push past what you thought was your limit – and raise the bar for yourself. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is rap & hit radio mixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my puppy Sox and my guilty pleasure is sushi and tanning on the beach!  My friends would say I’m real, funny, and full of fire!
