Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, vivacious and empowering. My classes are upbeat and personal so you can expect to laugh, sweat, and leave feeling stronger every time! My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM, Pop Remixes, and K-Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without dumplings and my guilty pleasure is scrolling on tiktok in bed. My friends would say I’m caring and the ultimate restaurant reservation snatcher 🙂
