Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, welcoming, and encouraging. My classes are challenging and fun so you can expect good beats and motivation to push past your comfort zone. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is BANGERS (that’s a genre, right?)
On a personal note, I can’t live without snacks and my guilty pleasure is overpriced oatmilk lattes + sweet treats. My friends would say I’m driven, creative, optimistic, and full of energy.
