Three words to describe my teaching style would be adaptable, motivating and bold. My classes are explosive and entertaining so you can expect to WANT to push past your own expectations, My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Radio Hit Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Beyoncé and my guilty pleasure is Binge watching Survivor. My friends would say I’m quite amazing.
