Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, upbeat and challenging. My classes are uplifting but spicy so you can expect I’ll play good music while I push you through every last rep and run. When you’re sprinting, that beat is dropping! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is House & Hip Hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Coffee and my guilty pleasure is Gummy bears. My friends would say I’m the one that’s always smiling and laughing.
