Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be approachable, fun, and interactive. My classes are high energy & a wild good time so you can expect an interactive, high energy and FUN time, all while taking you and your goals to new heights. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday – CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Bops Only .
On a personal note, I can’t live without sushi/iced coffee and my guilty pleasure is Vino. My friends would say I’m quick, spontaneous, and text book Aries – an adventure .
