Utilizing dumbbells and resistance bands our coaches help you perfect movements that are designed for hypertrophy. Expect high-rep workouts that challenge specific body parts depending on our daily schedule. Expect movements such as squats, deadlifts, benchpresses and rows all done in a motivating environment designed to challenge you and help you progress.
