Street parking is available on Washington Avenue and 3rd Street. For discounted garage parking at the Nordic Parking Ramp, see the front desk for a $3 off voucher.
The parking garage is located at 729 North Washington Avenue in the Nordic building. The garage entrance is located on N 3rd St.
Walk through the Nordic courtyard to locate Washington. Turn right and you will see the black Barry’s sign. You can also use the doors by Fuzzy’s to enter through our back entrance.
Nordic Parking is $5 the first hour and then $8/hour for 1-2 hours without the discounted rate.
Allow plenty of time for parking if you plan to drive to class!

Interval Cardio
Run the Red Room
Go at your pace on top-of-the-line Woodway treadmills with instructors leading you at step. Walk, jog, run, or sprint - the class is yours. If running isn’t for you, opt for a double floor spot. You’ll spend the whole class strength training on the floor.

Strength Training
Get Hot and (Lift) Heavy
Build muscle consistently and effectively with weights and bodyweight moves through the expert direction of our instructors. Our weekly schedule takes you through a daily muscle focus that targets different parts of your body for a balanced training regimen.
