Charmingly nestled in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District and a quick walk from the Embarcadero, Barry’s FiDi is in the perfect location for SF’s work hard, play hard, and visitor crowd. Our studio features a welcoming lobby, beautiful fuel bar, full locker room facilities, and a bumpin’ Red Room. Don’t be fooled by the “businessy” location…we are serious about our workouts but love a good time!

Run the Red Room
Go at your pace on top-of-the-line Woodway treadmills with instructors leading you at step. Walk, jog, run, or sprint - the class is yours. If running isn’t for you, opt for a double floor spot. You’ll spend the whole class strength training on the floor.

Get Hot and (Lift) Heavy
Build muscle consistently and effectively with weights and bodyweight moves through the expert direction of our instructors. Our weekly schedule takes you through a daily muscle focus that targets different parts of your body for a balanced training regimen.
