Kara Hooks

Three words to describe my teaching style would be vibrant, encouraging, and dynamic. My classes are empowering and interactive so you can expect high energy, personable, fun and a challenging experience when you step into the Red Room for my class. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is throwback remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my family, and my guilty pleasure is Coke Zero!  My friends would say I’m the life of the party, reliable, loyal, and supportive.
