Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, empowering, and passionate. My classes are rewarding and high energy so you can expect a challenging workout with fun beats to push you past your comfort zone. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks, hip hop, EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my friends and family and my guilty pleasure is a good glass of red wine and a sprinkle donut. My friends would say I’m driven, thoughtful, and the life of the party with the bachelorette planning skills to prove it.
