Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, funny, and motivational. My classes are challenging and fun, so you can expect big beat drops paired with a challenging workout and silly vibes! My favorite day of the week is Thursday, ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is everything from pop remixes to throwbacks, and bumping EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dogs and my guilty pleasure is having my phone on do not disturb or french fries (with a side of ranch). My friends would say I am big booty with an even bigger heart, always down for a good time!
