Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be sassy, motivating, and engaging. My classes are challenging, and empowering so you can expect to lift heavy and work hard. You’ll leave breathless, stronger – and maybe dancing between sets. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, FULL BODY – LOWER BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is a mix of pop, hip hop (& everything in between!).
On a personal note, I can’t live without a good sweet treat, my guilty pleasure is online shopping (a matching set hates to see me coming), and my friends would describe me as a silly HOT(mess).
