Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, energetic, and dynamic. My classes are engaging and challenging, so you can expect focused, empowering, and energizing experiences. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is afrobeats, soul, pop, and hip hop.
On a personal note I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is Kinder Bueno. My friends would say I am fun, dedicated, and full of good vibes.
