Three words to describe my teaching style would be lively, energetic, and silly. My classes are enthusiastic and fierce, so my clients can expect 50 min of hardcore work while staying silly and sassy! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is pop/dance .

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog and my guilty pleasure is ice cream! My friends would describe me as a bubbly upbeat goofball 😊
