Three words to describe my teaching style would be intentional, motivational, fun. My classes are encouraging and inspirational. Also, I love a great beat drop sprint – music is the BEAT motivator! My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without traveling and my guilty pleasure is Woodway treadmills 😉. My friends would say I’m reliable and fun – a nice balance of maturity and good humor.
