Watch this rundown before youR first Barry’s RUN x LIFT class


  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to class. It will give us time to walk you through how everything works so you feel prepared. 
  • Please make sure you check in at the front desk at least 5 minutes before class starts, if not, your spot might be given away.
  • The instructor will give you a rundown of the exercises. Remember – you always have the option to modify. Don’t be nervous! You’re in charge.
  • Bring clothes you can get sweaty and shoes you can run in! We provide lockers (with locks) as well as sweat towels for class and shower towels for after.
  • Hydration is important! All studios have water bottles for purchase and refill stations available. Most studios have a Fuel Bar where you pre-order your Fuel Bar shake before class so it’ll be ready for you when you’re done!
