Joey Alatore

Three words to describe my teaching style would be engaging, gritty, and sassy. My classes are energetic and challenging, so you can expect my class to always push you to your edge with a smile, a laugh and SWEAT! My favorite day of the week is Thursday, ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is Gay, House and K-POP. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without a Remy (my boston terrier) and my guilty pleasure is traveling for concerts! My friends would say I am a SCORPIO – charismatic, intense yet funny and passionate wherever.
