Three words to describe my teaching style would be high-energy, motivational, precise. My classes are dynamic and fun, so you can expect a high-energy, music driven class that will push you to be your best! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM & Hip Hop
On a personal note, I can’t live without caffeine and my guilty pleasure is a matching pajama set and some snacks in bed. My friends would describe me as supportive, passionate, with just the right amount of sass.
