Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be inclusive, clear and empowering. My classes are high-impact and funso you can expect expect to get a high impact and fun class, making the very most of your time and energy! My favorite day of the week is Friday – FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is house, EDM, Top 40, and dance.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is baking and eating all the things I bake! My friends would say I’m bright, fun, caring, thoughtful and a great story teller!
