Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, spicy, and entertaining. My classes are energizing and fierce so you can expect you’ll leave with more confidence than when you walked in. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without dogs and my guilty pleasure is sports! I watch them all! My friends would say I’m badass, confident, and everyone’s best friend!
