Joey Alatore

Three words to describe my teaching style would be engaging, gritty, and sassy. My classes are energetic & challenging so you can expect class will always push you to your edge with a smile, a laugh and SWEAT! My favorite day of the week is Thursday – Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is gay, house and KPop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Remy (my Boston Terrier) and my guilty pleasure is traveling for concerts! My friends would say I’m a classic Scorpio – charismatic, intense, yet funny and passionate wherever.
