Blake Scruggs

Three words to describe my teaching style would be bold, energetic, and personable. My classes are challenging, yet motivating, so you can expect a an experience within the Red Room that pushes you beyond your limits, transforming your mindset in + outside of Barry’s! My favorite day of the week is Sunday – FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my great dane – Duke! My guilty pleasure is green sour skittles. My friends would say I’m the one on AUX while on the way to the club.
