Hanna Sellinger

Three words to describe my teaching style would be engaging, extra-caffeinated, and motivational. My classes are challenging, and exciting so you can expect to feel powerful and recognized. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM & throwbacks.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my air fryer and my guilty pleasure is a late night sweet treat.. chocolate chip cookies. My friends would say I’m loyal, caring, and the life of the party (if it starts at 5pm) #earlybedtime.
