Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, energetic, and dynamic. My classes are empowering and vibrant, so you can expect electric energy, uplifting vibes and a sweaty finish. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is house & techno.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is late-night TikTok binges. My friends would say I have a low-key personality with bursts of wild, fearless energy.
