Located at 308 11th Ave S, our studio offers the signature Red Room experience, combining high-intensity cardio with heavy strength training. We provide 1 hour of validated parking in the adjacent garage, making it easy for Nashville locals and visitors to get their sweat in. After class, grab a protein shake at the Fuel Bar and explore the shops and murals of the vibrant Gulch district.

Parking — There are three options for parking along 11th Ave S: Velocity/Premier Parking Garage is located between Barry's and Laurel Street. 1st hour is free, 2nd hour is $4.00. Premier Parking Lot is located across the street from Barry's. Below are the payment options for this lot. 1st hour free ; 2 hours – $4.00; 3 hours – $6.00; 4 hours – $8.00. Metered street parking right in front of the studio that is enforced Mon. – Sun. all day.Public Transport — Riverfront station: 1 mile
