Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be supportive, caring, and thoughtful. My classes are a total burnout, and so you can expect heavy lifts, fast runs, and a playlist that’ll make you straight up emotional. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, Full Body, Upper Body Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, my guilty pleasure is a good dive bar, and my friends would say I’m easy-going, loyal, and a total foodie and Barry’s addict.
