Get to know me

I have a very busy brain. Very, very busy. Exercising is my true escape. It gets me outta my mind, and into my body, and when I’m in my body, I don’t have a care in the world! To be able to share that with other people, is the best. And let’s laugh and dance while we do it. Cool? Cool.

I’m an actor and a personal trainer. I play a lot of bad guys as an actor, so as a trainer my goal is be as motivational, supportive and goofy as possible. Lets get weird and shredded!

I swam competitively for 13 years, ran varsity cross country for 4, studied dance and pilates in college. I’ve learned more from my failures than my successes.

I love fitness because it gives me the opportunity and honor to help people transform their bodies, and in doing so transform their lives as they see fit.
