Vynnessa Smith

Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, challenging and uplifting. My classes are fun and intentional so you can expect to walk in free of expectations and to walk out feeling exceptional.  My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop & House. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without food PERIOD and my guilty pleasure are spicy margaritas. My friends would say I’m most likely to win the “Determined To Have Fun” award.
