Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, motivational, and relentless. My classes are inspirational, and challenging so you can expect to learn how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, Full Body, Lower Body Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is house.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my family, my guilty pleasure is gummy bears and fried chicken, and my friends would say I’m loyal, honest, and OCD about cleaning!
