Tara Mahony

Three words to describe my teaching style would be VIBEY + BIG ENERGY. My classes are a sweaty party so you can expect a vibey sweat/party sesh baby. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop, rap, and vibey beats.

On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasures are The Simpson’s, Peanut M&M’s and Reese’s. My friends would say I’m arguably too obsessed with Kanye.
