Remy Kam

Three words to describe my teaching style would be intentional, creative, and fun. My classes are challenging, and music-driven so you can expect BIG energy and BIGGER beat drops with a playlist to motivate you. We will train intentionally, focusing on form and progress. I will challenge you and ask you to work hard, but it will always be a guaranteed good time. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is remixes and anything with a fire beat drop. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without Erewhon; my guilty pleasure is trendy coffee drinks, Gossip Girl, spicy margaritas, vegan desserts, staying in, and adding avocado to everything. My friends would say I’m A true Virgo and morning person, who is passionate, detail-oriented, a chronic-over-thinker, and an aspiring DJ.
