In my life I practiced many different sports, from soccer to boxing, snowboarding to kite surfing, from tennis to beach volleyball. My goal is to learn something from every sport and transfer those functional movements in the Red Room workout. I love to challenge myself and to push my clients to always go beyond their own limits.
