Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, educational, and strength focused. My classes are fast paced and high energy so you can expect to always have a place you can work to your greatest potential and leave with a smile on your face. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is buying expensive shoes and drinking endless amounts of coffee. My friends would say I’m I’m always the Mom of the group, my people are everything to me and I take care of them love on them hard. Loyal to the core.
