Get to know me

Three words to describe my teaching style would be fiery, electric and passionate. My classes are dynamic and high energy so you can expect to gain strength, confidence, party vibes, and fun! My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is 2000’s Hip Hop Throwbacks.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is shoes. My friends would say I’m My friends would describe me as outgoing, passionate, vivacious, and FULL OUT!
