Jason Dietz

Three words to describe my teaching style would be optimistic, intentional, and motivating. My classes are fun, and inspiring so you can expect to be proud of yourself when you leave. My favorite day of the week is BARRY’S Arms and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without my three dogs, my guilty pleasure is Double Stuf Oreos, and my friends would say I’m an authentic ride-or-die.
