If you like to run, then my class is definitely for you! I’ll have you running at speeds you never thought possible and lifting weights that will leave you feeling like the badass that you are! I’m passionate about motivating my clients to really step out of their comfort zone and see how truly LIMITLESS they can be! 

I’m a new Mummy to my beautiful baby girl Layla. It’s the best feeling in the world, and you’ll often find Layla with me at the studio!  Something you would never know about me – I love LOVE, and I’m always looking for my next adventure and chocolate addict!
